As a pioneer in the implementation of the state of the art technology, we have been invited to join the elite club KBA Very Smart Offset Printers that brings together world leaders in the production of packaging.

Our offer consists of

Prepress
  • Modern offset prepress room - Computer-to-Plate is equipped with: graphic stations Mac, system of quality control and sheet distribution based on the colour printer Epson 4900, Adobe and ArtPro software, advance application for colour management developed by ColorLogic,
  • Color Management System - it enables accurate colour match of the printouts and ensures repitability of colours.
  • 3D projects - we create visualizations and animations of the projects in 3D that show the final apperence of packaging,
  • Test mock-up - on the  cilent's request we deliver packaging mock-ups designed by us.
Printing
  • Large-format 6 and 7 colours litho machines with varnishing tower of KBA.
  • Printing in 6 and 3B formats with cardboard basis range from 115 up to 600 g/m²
  • Printed space of the sheet: minimal dimensions 340X480, maximum dimensions 1060X1450.
  • Performance of the printing presses: up to 18 thousand sheets per hour.
  • Depending on the clients’ requirements, we varnish using: dispersion, hybrid or UV.
Die-cutting
  • Die-cutters to 6b  format: Heidelberg Dymatrix 145 and Dymatrix 142
  • Die-cutters to 3b format: BobstSpanthera 106 LER and BobstExpertCut 106
  • Die-cutting of complex patterns, along with blankets stripping, complicated perforations and creases
Hot-stamping
  • Hot foil stamping with lamination packaging of various kinds of metalized foils.
  • We offer: embossing on metalized foils and holograms.
  • Maximum sized of the sheet for hot-stamping 1020x730.
Window patching
  • We use Heiber + Schroeder machines.
  • Windows made of BOPP, PET and PE foil.
  • We offer any colour, shape and thickness of the windows.
Folding and Gluing
  • Folding-gluers by Bobst i Heidelberg.
  • Multipoint gluing up to 8 points.
  • High performance gluers with the speed up to 650 m/min.
  • Wide range of packaging structures (from the simplest to the most complex) to be glued on our machines

Repeatability between print runs

Combination of the modern measurement online technique in 4 K technology with the advanced applications, like ColorServer, guarantees the maximum colour repeatability of orders.

The highest quality of printing

Multicolour, full-format printing machines, which are computer-controlled, allow for obtaining the highest quality of printing.

Customized packagings

Die-cut creasing is performed with the use of high-precision die-cutters which allows us to manufacture complex and often non-standard packaging.

Window patching packaging

Multipoint gluers allow us to finish folding boxes with window patching.

Automatic packing

We possess high-tech robots which are designed to automatically pack the finished products on the pallets.

Hot foil stamping and embossing

In accordance with individual wishes of the clients, we offer hot foil stamping and embossing.
