We are pleased to inform you that on July 25, 2025, the shareholders of our company signed a preliminary agreement to sell 100% of the shares in Karton-Pak to Pella Capital sp. z o.o., a family-owned holding company wholly backed by private Polish capital, specializing in the packaging industry. Pella Capital's portfolio includes Supravis S.A., a Bydgoszcz-based manufacturer of plastic packaging for fresh food.
We are confident that the company's acquisition of an experienced investor will equip our organization with the necessary resources in the form of capital, know-how, and a long-term strategy and will ensure its continued dynamic growth. We have full trust in the competence of the new owner of Karton-Pak, as well as in his commitment to respecting the company's existing, long-standing relationships with its stakeholders. We are confident that all our current partners will benefit from this change, and our cooperation will continue to develop. For over 30 years, we have been building the strength of our company together with the Karton-Pak team, and we are proud that it will remain an independent entity that will continue to provide its customers with the highest quality of service, operational flexibility and competitive delivery times.
We would also like to assure you that the company's transition to the new investor has been meticulously planned and phased over several years to fully preserve the values that have guided our organization for decades. To this end, we will continue to work for Karton-Pak as members of the Management Board and ensure that the operational succession is carried out smoothly and responsibly.
