ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

Preventing and combating corruption is a priority for the Management Board of KARTON-PAK S.A. Accordingly, the Company has an ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY in place.
Systematic risk analysis is at the heart of the Anti-Corruption Policy. In order to prevent corruption and eliminate any corrupt activities, the analysis covers all areas of KARTON-PAK S.A.'s operations.
A key element of the programme is the process of vetting business partners, identifying potential risks and taking action to eliminate the risk of corruption.
We put particular emphasis on informing and training our employees as well as our business partners.
A component of the Anti-Corruption Policy is a system for reporting information on potential threats and violations. This system helps protect us and our business partners from breaches. With this end in mind, a form has been created where information on potential and/or actual corrupt activities may be sent. In addition, it is possible to submit such a report directly with the company (e.g. to the company's immediate supervisor or the Management Board). Both systems ensure the protection and confidentiality of the reporter.
Be advised that in the absence of evidence or detailed information related to your complaint, it may be difficult or impossible to process your complaint.
If a report is filed, the reporter has the option of indicating personal data. In this case, KARTON-PAK S.A. will be the Controller of such personal data. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of verifying the report, conducting an investigation, in relation to the prevention and combating of corruption.
The provision of data is voluntary, but may be necessary for the verification of the report and the investigation, including contact if necessary. Failure to provide personal data may, depending on the circumstances, make it difficult or impossible to carry out the verification of the report, to carry out the investigation, in relation to with the prevention and combating of corruption.
