Appendix 1

TO THE INVITATION TO TENDER FOR TELECOM NETWORK AND SOFTWARE

1.       Subject of the tender: telecom network and software. 

2.       Submission of equivalent tender offers is permitted. The subject of the tender was indicated with respect to certain elements by references to the standard (trademark or its equivalent), therefore all equivalent market counterparts can be applied, however not worse than the quoted standard. The parameters of the quoted standard determine the significant minimum technical, operational, utility and functional conditions which are to be fulfilled by the subject of the tender. Indication of brand or producer's name determines the class of the product.

3.       Documentation - assumptions regarding the product will be issued to all the interested parties at the registered office of the company.
