The closing date and time for submission is: 12.00 noon on 8^th October 2010

4.       Drawing up the tender:  the price may be given in either EUR or PLN.

5.       Tender duration: Tenderers are bound by their tenders for 60 days, calculated from the date upon which the tender is submitted
